Definitions:
"Hybrid Fx School’ is the trading name of Hybrid FX Store Ltd.
Registered Office - 16 Vicarage Meadow, Halstead, Essex CO9 2JL.
"Customer" means any individual, company or other entity who books a course.
Course Fees
Standard course fees are listed per student and include all tuition fees, use of equipment and all course materials.
Course fees are correct and valid at the time of publishing but may be subject to increase at a later date.
Replacement of Customer
Any course booking for a customer which has been confirmed is personal to that customer and may not be transferred to any other individual without the prior consent of Hybrid Fx School.
Accommodation
Hybrid Fx School is not responsible for arranging accommodation for any of its courses. Students are advised to confirm such details, if required, directly with the provider chosen.
Payments
Payments can be made online via Credit & Debit Cards and Bacs Transfer.
An invoice can be issued prior to the start date of the course. Payment by credit card must be received and cleared prior to the start of the course. Customers paying by bank transfer must send proof of transfer from their bank.
Hybrid Fx School reserves the right to refuse admission to a course for any Customer in respect of which the course fee has not been paid prior to the start of the course.
Bookings are not confirmed until a booking acknowledgement has been issued by the Hybrid Fx School and cleared payment has been received.
Account customers – Industry Professionals and Group Bookings
Payment is requested by invoice and full payment must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

Cancellations
In the event of cancellation by a customer, cancellation fees will be due as set out below:
31+ Days Prior to Course Commencement – Full Refund minus any non refundable deposit as stated on the couse description.
30 Days Prior to Course Commencement – No Fee Refunded.
Hybrid Fx School will make every effort not to cancel courses at short notice, however if unforeseen circumstances arise HybridFx School reserves the right to cancel a course for any reason prior to the start of the course.
In the event of cancellation by the Hybrid Fx School, Customers will be notified and a full refund of all course fees will be made.
Hybrid Fx School will not be liable for any travel, other expenses or consequential loss arising from a cancellation.
In order to ensure compliance with Health & Safety Executive requirements for Statutory Certificates, attendance at all Health & Safety sessions is compulsory.
Course Materials
All course materials are either owned by Hybrid Fx School and Hybrid Fx School reserves all rights in such course materials.
By attending a course a customer will not obtain any rights whatsoever in such course materials. Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for a Customer’s personal, non-commercial use.
Rights of Third Parties
This agreement does not create, or infer any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 which are enforceable by any person who is not a party to the agreement.
Miscellaneous
Hybrid Fx School will not be liable for any travel or other expenses incurred by the Delegates attending courses. Customers are advised to book refundable travel where possible.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute arising in connection with any course booking under these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
